They're an up-and-coming market and we need to be in front of that potential market with a warm welcome to come to Wisconsin.

There also is a lot of interest in indigenous dishes, and seasonal cooking. It's a national interest in, and fascination with, Wisconsin foods.

We needed to be in that market with a welcoming message to come on into Wisconsin.

We hope it will be accepted by businesses, but we don't know what will happen.

We believe this will provide a way to market state businesses that are working toward leaving a smaller footprint on the land.
